1. Basic provisions
The Operator processes personal data in accordance with:
• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR),
• Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.
We process personal data exclusively to the extent necessary to provide accommodation services and fulfill legal obligations.
2. Scope of processed personal data
When making a reservation or stay, we may process the following data in particular:
• name and surname,
• permanent address,
• telephone number,
• e-mail address,
• date of birth,
• identity document number,
• data necessary for registering the stay and local tax,
• data on payments and reservations.
3. Purpose of processing personal data
We process personal data for the purpose of:
• creating and confirming a reservation,
• providing accommodation services,
• maintaining legal guest records,
• fulfilling obligations under the Act on Local Taxes and Fees,
• issuing accounting documents,
• communicating with the guest before and during the stay.
4. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing personal data is:
• performance of the contract between the guest and the operator,
• fulfillment of the operator's legal obligations,
• legitimate interest of the operator,
• possibly the consent of the data subject
5. Data retention period
We store personal data:
• for the duration of the contractual relationship,
• for the period required by special legal regulations,
• in particular according to the Act on the Residence of Foreigners, the Act on Local Taxes and accounting regulations
After the expiry of the legal period, the data will be securely destroyed.
6. Provision of data to third parties
Personal data may be made available to:
• public administration bodies, if required by law,
• providers of reservation and accounting systems,
• providers of IT and web services.
The operator does not provide personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the consent of the data subject.
7. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to:
• request access to their personal data,
• request correction of incorrect data,
• request deletion of data, if permitted by law,
• request restriction of processing,
• object to processing,
• file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
8. Security of personal data
The operator has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access.
