(hereinafter referred to as the "accommodation provider")
1. General provisions
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the accommodation provider and the guest in the provision of accommodation and related services.
1.2 Special written agreements take precedence over these GTC.
2. Reservation and formation of a contractual relationship
2.1 The reservation is considered binding after written confirmation by the accommodation provider and subsequent payment of the deposit within the specified period.
2.2 Binding: The reservation is considered binding when the deposit is credited to the operator's account. Without payment of the deposit by the date specified in the confirmation, the reservation will be canceled without further notice.
2.3 Price: The price for accommodation is set in the reservation confirmation. The price does not include the local fee (accommodation tax) to the municipality, unless otherwise stated.
2.4 Accommodation of children: Children of any age can be accommodated when accompanied by an adult.
3. Payment terms
3.1 Payment schedule:
• First deposit: 50% of the total price of the stay within 7 days of confirmation of the reservation.
• Final payment: The remaining 50% of the price (up to a total amount of 100%) no later than 14 days before the arrival date.
• Reservations via online payment gateway: 100% deposit upon booking
3.2 For reservations made less than 14 days before arrival, 100% of the price is paid immediately upon confirmation.
3.3 If the deposit or final payment is not paid within the specified time, the accommodation provider has the right to cancel the reservation.
4. Cancellation conditions
4.1 In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the accommodation provider is entitled to a cancellation fee:
• Standard dates: 50% of the price of the stay (from the time the reservation is made to 14 days before arrival) and 100% of the price of the stay (14 days or less before arrival or in case of no-show).
• Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter stays: 100% of the price of the stay at any time after the reservation is made.
4.2 In the event of early termination of a stay that has already begun, the amount paid is not refundable.
4.3 Special cases: If the client cancels their stay for truly serious reasons, the accommodation provider may, upon written request, provide a waiver of cancellation fees. The guest does not have a legal right to this waiver and it is assessed individually.
5. Operating conditions
5.1 Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. / Check-out: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
5.2 Late check-out: until 4:00 p.m. (50% of the night's price), after 4:00 p.m. (100% of the night's price - only by prior agreement and depending on capacity).
5.3 Nightly quiet: from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
5.4 Smoking: All indoor areas are strictly non-smoking. Violation is sanctioned by a fine of €200.
5.5 Pets: Accommodation with an animal is not possible unless otherwise agreed in advance with the accommodation provider. If an animal is accommodated, then only with a valid vaccination certificate and prior consent requested. 5.6
Damage to property: The guest is responsible for all damage caused by him/her. The estimated amount of damage is to be paid immediately. The additional charge for the damage will be made after it has been completely repaired.
6. Complaints and claims
The guest has the right to complain about any shortcomings in the accommodation. The complaint must be filed with the operator immediately after discovery so that corrections can be made. Later complaints will not be taken into account.
7. Personal data protection (GDPR)
The operator processes the personal data of guests to the extent necessary for accommodation services, keeping a book of guests and calculating accommodation tax in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. /more in the GRPR tab/
8. Final provisions
These amended terms and conditions come into force on . By making a reservation, the guest confirms that he has understood these GTC and fully agrees with them.
